Heir To The Empire

Khalil Cartwright lived the life of a normal man growing up in the hood. All he knew was how to hustle and survive and he was good at that, if nothing else. Being raised by his grandmother and uncle left many questions about his parents unanswered, but over the years, he simply stopped asking them.

Just when the weight of the world really started resting on Khalil’s shoulders, he is thrown off by the sudden appearance of the parents that he had never known. When offered a proposition that he couldn’t afford to turn down, Khalil allows his heart to overrule his mind and gets knee deep into a lifestyle he knows nothing about. Snatched from the slums to the top of the food chain in the drug game, Khalil plays the role of a lifetime and gets rewarded in ways that even he couldn’t have ever expected.
