Brazil Davis thought leaving Chestertown was the only way to save herself. She just didn’t know how much leaving Roman would hurt.

Now she’s back in the one place she swore she’d never return to, surrounded by old memories, unfinished business, and the man she never really stopped loving.

Roman “Monsta” Banks isn’t the same man she left behind. Neither is Brazil. But the second they come face-to-face, all that time apart feels like a damn lie.

His eyes still linger on her curves. Her heart still acts like it belongs to him. And beneath all that anger is a love neither of them managed to bury.

Brazil misses more than his touch. She misses being his woman.

But Roman remembers exactly how she left, and he isn’t about to let her walk back into his life like she never broke his heart. Wanting her was never the problem. Trusting her again is another story.

Brazil came home expecting questions. She didn’t expect to want him this badly after everything they’d been through. She definitely didn’t expect the trouble waiting for her.

Somebody knows more about Brazil’s past than they should. Somebody is watching. And the closer she gets to Roman, the harder it becomes to believe that what she left behind will stay there.

Before they can figure out whether their love deserves another chance, they may have to confront the very thing that could tear them apart again.

It’s hard enough to face your past. It’s worse when it could cost you the man you still want a future with.

Sometimes you can leave ya city… you just can’t outrun what you left behind.

Back In My Feelings Again: An Unhinged BBW Romance is an African American romance about second chance love, a curvy woman, and the man she never stopped wanting, with broken trust and dangerous secrets threatening their future.
