We swore it was just a fling... but our hearts had other plans.
My name’s Meekness Curry. Technical writer by day, life of the party by night. I work hard, travel light, and don’t believe in mixing business with pleasure. But when I touched down in Birmingham for a short assignment, life threw me a curveball—in the form of Knyght McReynolds. Fine as wine with a voice that makes you forget your morals. It was supposed to be temporary. A summer vibe. Nothing more. But somehow, I blinked and ended up in something that feels a whole lot like forever.
I’m Knyght McReynolds. I took a fall for one of my brothers—no regrets. But when I came back home, it was time to elevate everything we built from the ground up. Women? After ending one relationship, I wasn’t really checking for another one. Then Meekness showed up, talking slick, laughing loud, and living life like the rules don’t apply to her. We swore it was just a fling… but the way we’re moving? Yeah, it’s looking like we lied.
