The need for a person can create a storm with unpredictable results. Sometimes, our favorite love songs would sound so different if they were written from the perspective of a love gone awry or from the lenses of an unhinged lover.

So, in this venture, I have my collection of stories to share with you. Some are creepy, others scary, and some are downright unsettling stories with a twist!

Oh, and dear reader, please understand what I mean when I say not all love is for or good for you.

I’m Tierra Cox, a romance author and cross-genre novelist devoted to stories where we, Black women, are seen, desired, and worshiped out loud.

By day, I navigate the corporate communications world—but by night, I build realms where monsters kneel, empires burn, and love is never ordinary.

Armed with an overpriced English degree and an imagination that refuses to stay quiet, I write across fantasy, paranormal, sci-fi, and gothic romance—all bound by one promise: Black women at the center of passion, power, and possibility.

Every world I create asks the same question—what does it look like when a woman like us is the story’s beating heart? Expect devotion, danger, and desire that lingers long after the final page.

When I’m not writing (which is rare), you’ll find me somewhere in Georgia watching bad sci-fi, dreaming about alien royalty, or wandering through my next world before it’s written.

My entire collection is available on NOIR PAGES, in paperback on Amazon and in collections on my website!
